Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Brand Transformation Package valued at R25,000, which includes:

• One (1) 60-minute Marketing Strategy Session with The Monday Club

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

• Subscribe to The Monday Club newsletter via the official giveaway landing page.

• Follow @themondayclub on Instagram.

• Comment on the giveaway post explaining why their business deserves a rebrand.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Monday Club. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Giveaway Period

Entries close 3 weeks after the giveaway launch date.

The winner will be selected by The Monday Club and contacted via Instagram and/or email within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Monday Club reserves the right to select another winner.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to South African businesses only.

Entrants must:

• Own or represent the business entering.

• Be over 18 years of age.

• Have an active business (or be in the process of launching one).

Project Process

The winner must sign The Monday Club's standard Branding Agreement before the project commences.

A discovery call will be scheduled to kick off the project, after which a project timeline will be confirmed.

The winner agrees to provide clear, consolidated feedback throughout the project.

Failure to provide feedback within agreed timeframes may delay the project.

Revisions & Scope

The prize includes two (2) rounds of revisions.

Any requests outside of the agreed project scope - including additional logo concepts, extra revision rounds, new deliverables or changes after creative direction has been approved - will be quoted separately and billed at The Monday Club's standard hourly rate.

Once the mood board and creative direction have been approved, requests for a complete change in direction will be considered outside the scope of the giveaway.

Project Timeline

The branding project is expected to be completed within 4–6 weeks from the official project start date, subject to timely communication and approvals from the winner.

Should the project become inactive due to a lack of communication for more than 30 days, The Monday Club reserves the right to cancel the prize.

Final files will be supplied in:

• PNG

• JPEG

• PDF

• SVG

Adobe working/source files are not included.

The giveaway includes a Basic Visual Brand Guide only. Any additional branding assets, marketing collateral, packaging, website design or social media templates are excluded unless agreed otherwise.

Marketing & Promotion

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

• Allow The Monday Club to share the branding process and final outcome across its website, social media channels and marketing materials.

• Participate in reasonable promotional content, including testimonials, photography, video content and case studies.

General

• The Monday Club reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

• The Monday Club's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize must be redeemed within 60 days of the winner being announced. If the winner is unable to commence the project within this period, The Monday Club reserves the right to withdraw the prize or select an alternative winner.
